When my husband and I purchased The Gourmet Cowboy catering company in January of this year we never thought, in a short 6 months, we would both see a dream come true. Not only would we own and operate (with the help of an amazing team) the largest catering company in the Vail area but we both are fulfilling a life-long goal with the opening of this 60 seat sports bar & restaurant.

While we are starting with a simple menu (check out the menu page on the website) we do have a full bar featuring local beers & spirits along multiple TV's to catch your sport on!

While we plan to have the current menu items remain the same we will be adding new items throughout the upcoming months. And keep an eye out for our Wing Flavor of the Month!

I am also planning of opening and running a business. I know that if you want to do this, you have to make sure that you know the risk of what you will be doing. I already knew everything about this yet I still want to pursue it. Hopefully, my business will turn out just like yours. I know it will not be easy but as long as I have the determination and love with what I am doing, better things will definitely fall into its place. I would like you to know, by the way, that you have inspired me to become the better version of myself. Well, wish me luck on my planned business.
