We have made it though our first summer running the new Restaurant in Minturn CO. We are grateful for all the support from the community, friends and family! It's been a lot of hard work with both the restaurant and catering business, and of course a new baby. But, we are thrilled with the positive response. Fall has fell and winter is making it's way in. The 2016-17 Ski Season starts on November 18th in Vail and Nov. 25th marks opening day for Beaver Creek. We are excited to see what this new season brings for us at BC Backcountry Wings. There have been a few changes in Minturn with the addition of The Bunkhouse, an affordable lodging option that will be offering free shuttle rides to Vail and Beaver Creek during the ski season! The Cowboy bar is available for private parties and of course The Gourmet Cowboy catering is available for off site events. We will continue with our Every Game Every Week Football specials on Sundays and Mondays, and happy hour specials Tues. Sat featuring Eddyline beers on tap. Skiing seems so much fun. As a matter of fact, this is one of the activities I would really love to do with my loved ones. I usually see this being done by the people in movies. One of the reasons I would love to do it as well is because my friend who had recently experienced this talked about how enjoying it is. And it is so amazing how she was able to be good at skiing even though she just had it like two times, I guess. Well, to be honest, I do feel jealous about it but in a good way of course.
